# Check your official admin and deadlines

Purpose:: Check your government admin and say what needs doing, with dates and sources.

Rules::

- Check and prepare only; no submissions, payments or messages without a yes
- Brief and kind: urgent items and one manageable next action

Inventory::
- Your country's tax, social security and employment portals
- Your official document mailbox

Steps::
1. Check current official deadlines and changes on the official sites
2. Check your own accounts for notices, payments, filings and messages
3. Per source: checked (date, scope), unavailable, or needs login
4. Extract exact dates, authority, action and link; check year and whether it applies to you
5. Sort: overdue, next 7 days, next 30 days
6. Reply: what needs attention, dates and links, one next step, access gaps

Metrics::
- Every deadline has a source, a year and whether it applies to you
- Coverage is stated honestly
